The portfolio spread template looks ok - much better than what you pinned up in class but this is only half of the assignment. You'll need at least one more spread to finish. As far as what I can see from the template you posted it appears simple and adaptable but doesn't go much beyond the minimal requirements. Go beyond par in future work. You'll want to include information like a section cut on the plan with reference to the section itself, and provide symbols that orient viewers to the locations of your supporting drawings. You can push this much farther.
